So today I've mainly being working on freshening up the LTMA website and doing some SEO.  Do me a couple of favours?

Check out this page: Ju Jitsu Classes in Leeds. Stay on it for a few minutes and then have a look around the site and admire some of the updates.

If you want to go the extra mile do a link for that page on your blog and use the social media buttons at the bottom to link it onto your Facebook and Twitter etc :)

    Google takes notice of how long you stay on the page - clicking in and clicking straight out looks quite bad in Google's majestic opinion...
