Once again I find myself sat in front of the computer with no glasses on.  Shame on me...


Range was excellent on Wednesday night, very small team in so I got to shoot every other detail.  Prone decent, kneeling comfortable, standing bloody abysmal.  Back to practicing positions with a 5k weight again me thinks.


Had a midday swim in the bath yesterday and got Jay to knead my shoulder out, which was tied in all sorts of knots from shooting.  Of course I put them straight back in with the weight so have given up complaining about it.  I have a sore arm :(


Training excellent last night, very small class so I actually (possibly for the first time ever) got to train the whole lesson at my own club.  Could there be hope for us yet??


I also sat down and hashed out the requirements for my 1st Kyu and 1st Dan grades.  I refuse to turn out black belts that are lacking in any way.  If my signature goes on the certificate then they must know what they are doing and have performed outstandingly.
